About
I am the newest Clinical Research Coordinator to join the Breathe Chicago Center© (BCC) team. I will be providing support for our research studies.
While at UIC, I served as the Diversity and Inclusion Chairwoman in the Undergraduate Student Government. I initiated multiple campaigns regarding accessibility to vaccines, preventing sexual harassment on campus, and providing accessible resources to minority students.
I began my research career in 2019 volunteering as a Research Assistant with the Hospitalist Project at the University of Chicago. Prior to joining BCC, I worked as a Histology Lab Technician at UIC and participated in multiple bench research projects. I gained experience in the UIC Hospital Pediatrics department as a Nursing Technician.
I am incredibly fortunate join a team of hardworking and self-motivated individuals who aspire to deliver medical discoveries that will improve the health of people in our communities and beyond.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Integrated Health Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago
