I am the Manager of the Research Communication Center. I am responsible for providing vision, leadership, and oversight of the RCC. My focus will be on the hiring, training coaching and motivating staff members to provide excellent service to all participants in COVID related studies. Key performance metrics, measures and controls will be developed for continuous improvements. I am excited to work with such as dedicated and talented team.
